FIT FOREVER

“FIT Forever” for Adults & Seniors. Beginner & Intermediate. Using lightly weighted dumbbells, this full body strength and conditioning class will work your entire body with a combination of strength exercises, bodyweight movements, cardio and core work that is designed to build overall muscular strength, endurance, and stability while incorporating modifications for a safe & effective workout.
Bring water, towel and a yoga mat.

Fascia Release & Mobility Yoga

Release the week's tension and restore your body through mindful movement, fascia release, breathwork, and gentle yoga flow. This class is designed to improve mobility, posture, and nervous system balance, leaving you feeling lighter, more open, and deeply relaxed. It is perfect for anyone experiencing stiffness, stress, fatigue, or shoulder tension from daily life.
The class is led by Yoko, a certified RYT500 Yoga Teacher and Pilates Instructor with over 10 years of experience guiding more than 10,000 clients in Japan and Hawaii.

Wellness Pilates & Mindful Flow

Rather than pushing the body, this class focuses on alignment, balance, breath, and sustainable movement that supports long-term wellness and vitality.
