FIT FOREVER

“FIT Forever” for Adults & Seniors. Beginner & Intermediate. Using  lightly weighted dumbbells, this full body strength and conditioning class will work your entire body with a combination of strength exercises, bodyweight movements, cardio and core work that is designed to build overall muscular strength, endurance, and stability while incorporating modifications for a safe & effective workout.

Bring water, towel and a yoga mat.

MyoFlow Yoga

“MyoFlow Yoga” A unique experience to restore, release, and realign—mind and body. This all-level class combines slow-flow yoga with myofascial release using a therapy ball to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and bring balance to the body and mind. With mindful, guided movements, you'll gently open tight areas, realign posture, and feel more connected to yourself—physically and emotionally. Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you’ll leave this class feeling refreshed, empowered, and more at home in your body.
