Nancy appreciates each opportunity to share her passion for health & fitness with others. She is a passionate and motivated Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor who enjoys making fitness a fun and rewarding experience for everyone. She is committed to successfully guiding her clients/class participants on their wellness journeys and making them feeling energized, uplifted, accomplished and feeling good about themselves after each amazing workout session.

Instructor Yoko
Yoko is a certified RYT500 Yoga and Pilates instructor, as well as a Chiropractic Personal Trainer from Japan. With over a decade of experience in teaching movement and healing arts—including yoga, Pilates, and professional dance—she brings a deeply integrative approach to every class.
Her method is grounded in real-life healing: from navigating injuries and body image struggles during her career as a belly dancer to discovering the power of yoga as a tool for self-acceptance and physical alignment.
Yoko’s mission is to help others find harmony in both body and mind. Her warm, empowering guidance helps students reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move with intention—on and off the mat.
